Once your order has been submitted you'll be notified via Wix to the email address provided with the purchase when your order is ready for collection.

DUE TO COVID-19 THERE WILL BE SHIPMENT DELAYS. PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND PACKED.

All items are shipped via FEDEX or USPS and take approximately up to 4-5 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via Paypal to the email address provided with the purchase. Payments are made using PayPal check out.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with FEDEX or USPS.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges or refunds, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a photo of your order at info@shopjadebeauty.com

If an item may be considered defective please email info@shopjadebeauty.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 1 week from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by shopjadebeauty.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
