STORE POLICY

LOCAL

  • Once your order has been submitted you'll be notified via Wix to the email address provided with the purchase when your order is ready for collection.

  • Pick-ups during the week. Deliveries are scheduled on the weekends only.

NOTE: PRODUCTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN LOCAL RETAIL STORES 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

  • DUE TO COVID-19 THERE WILL BE SHIPMENT DELAYS. PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND PACKED.

  •  All items are shipped via FEDEX or USPS and take approximately up to 4-5 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via Paypal to the email address provided with the purchase. Payments are made using PayPal check out. 

  • Jade Beauty isn’t responsible for any lost items or damaged items 

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with FEDEX or USPS.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges or refunds, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a photo of your order at info@shopjadebeauty.com

  • If an item may be considered defective please email info@shopjadebeauty.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 1 week from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by shopjadebeauty.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
